Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, accessing RecNet, or connecting to the Mocha game server, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Mocha on behalf of a child or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for them.

Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• Keep your password and access credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Do not sell, share, impersonate, or gain unauthorized access to another person’s account.
• Tell a Mocha administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Junior accounts must be used with appropriate parent or guardian supervision.

Acceptable use

You must follow the in-game Code of Conduct and community rules. You may not:

• harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or deliberately disrupt other players;
• share illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive, or seriously harmful content;
• cheat, evade moderation, abuse bugs, automate requests, or interfere with the server’s security or operation;
• attempt to obtain passwords, tokens, private information, or unauthorized access;
• use Mocha to violate a law or another person’s rights.

Player content

You retain ownership of content you create where applicable. By uploading or publishing content through Mocha, you give the server permission to store, process, display, copy, resize, and distribute that content as needed to provide and moderate the service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to share your content. Public rooms, photos, comments, inventions, profile details, and similar content may be visible to other players. Mocha may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or creates a safety, legal, or technical risk.

Virtual currency and items

Tokens, cosmetics, skins, gifts, progression, and other virtual items are server records made available for entertainment within Mocha. They are not legal currency, have no guaranteed cash value, and may not be sold or exchanged outside features expressly provided by the service.

Balances and inventories may be corrected when they result from an error, exploit, unauthorized activity, or data repair. Availability and pricing may change.

Moderation and termination

Mocha may investigate reports and restrict content, communication, rooms, devices, or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect the community. Actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans.

You may stop using Mocha at any time and may delete your account through RecNet where that option is available. Account deletion is permanent, subject to limited records retained for safety, moderation, backups, or legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability and responsibility

Mocha is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may contain errors, change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. There is no guarantee that accounts, rooms, content, progression, inventories, or other data will always be available or free from loss.

To the extent permitted by law, Mocha’s operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Mocha changes. The effective date will be revised when a new version is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes may also be announced through RecNet or an in-game notice.
