## 1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

This software, including but not limited to its source code, compiled binaries, documentation, artwork, assets, and design elements (collectively referred to as the "Software"), is the sole and exclusive intellectual property of SkyfireGamez. This Software is proprietary, confidential, and protected under international copyright laws, treaties, and digital rights regulations.

## 2. Absolute Restriction of Rights

No license, permission, or right of use is granted to any individual, organization, entity, or third party. You are strictly forbidden from engaging in any of the following actions under any circumstances:

|
|
* No Modification: You may not alter, edit, transform, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Software.

* No Distribution: You may not upload, reupload, publish, host, share, leak, lease, sell, or distribute the Software on any public or private platform. This includes, but is not limited to, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, BitTorrent, cloud storage services, public forums, or gaming platforms.

* No Execution: You may not run, execute, or deploy this code for personal, educational, commercial, or non-commercial purposes.

## 3. Enforcement, Unauthorized Use, and Takedown Policy

SkyfireGamez maintains an absolute, zero-tolerance policy regarding intellectual property theft, code plagiarism, or unauthorized redistribution.

|
|
|
* Immediate Removal: If this Software, or any portion of its code, is found hosted, displayed, or utilized anywhere without explicit, written, and signed authorization from SkyfireGamez, it will be flagged for immediate removal.
|
|
* No Exceptions: There are no exceptions, excuses, or defenses for unauthorized hosting or use. Claims of "fair use," "educational purposes," "open-source misunderstanding," or "accidental upload" will not be accepted.
|
|
* Legal Action: SkyfireGamez reserves the express right to issue formal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, platform abuse reports, and cease-and-desist orders to any web host, repository manager, or service provider hosting the stolen material.
|
|
* Damages: SkyfireGamez reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal legal remedies to recover financial damages, legal fees, and statutory fines resulting from willful copyright infringement.
